Since its establishment in 2008, Sandpolo has become a prominent fixture in Dorset’s social scene. Annually held at Sandbanks in Poole, this world-class polo event offers a unique and exhilarating experience. Its format, characterized by high energy, aims to make one of the oldest equestrian sports more accessible to both newcomers and devoted polo enthusiasts.

The Polo

The Parties

Following the thrill of the day’s action, the energy continues into the evening as we proceed to the after-party from 6pm-midnight on both nights.

Boogie on the Beach

Party to the sounds of acclaimed Soul, Motown and Disco artists at this one of a kind evening party on Sandbanks Beach! Expect live shows, bands and DJs from around the UK and beyond. This year’s special guest is the Queen of UK Soul, Mica Paris, who brings her full band to Sandbanks, supported by Wonderband and a host of DJs.

Weekend Closing Party

A genre-defying and decade-hopping night of entertainment on Sandbanks Beach to celebrate the closing of Sandpolo weekend in style, featuring Spandau Ballet’s Martin Kemp, who brings his party set to close the weekend in style, alongside celebrity favourite DJ Charles, a Gypsy Kings live show from ‘Bamboleo’, and a host of other acts.
