Situated in the prestigious and leafy village of Canford Cliffs and just a few minute’s walk from the stunning Blue Flag beaches, accessed by a tree lined chine path, this fabulous house is the perfect space for a family looking to explore our wonderful coastline.

Canford Cliffs village high street is within walking distance from Bay Reach and offers a good variety including a popular coffee shop, convenience store, bakery, and deli. Also within walking distance to a choice of restaurants and gastro pubs with outside seating and a wonderful pirate themed play park which the kids will love.

This unique location sits between Poole Harbour and Poole Bay and offers an extensive variety of water sports, including kite surfing, paddle boarding, and jet skiing in the harbour and over eight miles of fine, sandy beaches which stretch beyond Bournemouth and on to Hengistbury Head. The lovely promenade follows the coastline and is ideal for walking and cycling along the shoreline.

Bay Reach is set behind electric gates on a very peaceful and quiet road at the top of Canford Chine. The house is set over three floors and offers light, spacious and luxurious accommodation for up to eight guests in four beautifully presented bedrooms, three of which are ensuite. On the first floor is a spacious king-size master bedroom with a dressing area and luxurious ensuite bathroom with a bath and shower cubicle, a twin room with an ensuite shower room, a double room, and a family bathroom with a bath and separate shower cubicle. On the second floor is a twin bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.

The ground floor has a wonderful open plan kitchen, dining, and living room with bifold doors to a private garden making this space ideal for all the family to spend a wonderful time together enjoying meals together and relaxing in the evenings with drinks or a barbeque after a long day on the beach. The outside space at Bay Reach is a great bonus with a dining table, comfortable corner seating with a parasol, and even an outside shower which is perfect following a morning sea swim. Also on the ground floor, there is a second lounge with large sofas and a TV, and an office which is ideal for anyone needing to catch up with work while they are away. There is also a separate utility room and downstairs cloakroom.
